UQPAY has officially been granted a Visa Principal Acquiring License in Singapore. Combined with the Visa issuing capabilities already in place, UQPAY now covers both the issuing side and the merchant acceptance side of the Visa payment value chain, bringing card issuance, acquiring, transaction processing, and fund settlement into a single end-to-end payment loop.

UQPAY Pty Ltd, the Australian subsidiary of UQPAY Group, has been officially registered as an Australian Financial Services (AFS) Authorised Representative with ASIC, effective 15 April 2026 — a pivotal milestone in its Australian market expansion.
